Hi folks,We are moving to Orlando from NJ in mid of august. Can some one give inputs on the best apartments near by Deloitte office. We are looking for 1 BHK.I have checked on below communities and need inputs to decide the best one from these.- Sun Lake - Floor plan looks good enough but not sure how pest control and other stuff is.- Pebble Creek : saw some negative reviews that pest-control is not upto the mark- Colonial Grand : Floor plan looks small for 1 BHK and looks expensive but heard its very close to Deloitte office.Are there any other good communities which is safe and with Indian population and 5-7 miles from Deloitte (Heathrow and sanford??? )ThanksKeerthi401-338-6193
Hi All,I am moving to Lakemary by mid of August 2017. Is Pebble creek a good option (gated community,more indian neighbours) to move in now?if not please suggest some apartments near to deloitte office. I prefer a 2bhk unit costs around or less than 1300.
Hi, Colonial Grand, Terraces, Stone brooke communities has good indian population.We took in Pebble Creek based on floor plan ad its been an year and so far so good.You can try Colonial Grand if you are looking close to Deloitte office. Thanks

Hi.. We will be moving to Orlando next week.. We have started looking and planning on renting a house in Oviedo. I will keep you all posted about where we end up incase it helps. We have 5 year old boy and 9 months old boy.
