Ingredients
Gram Flour(Besan)- 2cups,Ghee-1cup, Sugar (grinded)-11/2cup, dry fruits( almond, Pistachios,cashews(optional)(finely chopped)-1 tsp each.
Cooking Instructions
In a non stick pan mix ghee and gramflour and cook on a low flame. Keep stirring it continiously to avoid the formation of lumps. Keep cooking it till it starts giving an appetising smell. Remove from heat and allow it to cool down. Add the sugar and nuts and keep stirring it continiously. Now mould this mixture in the shape of small balls. Tasty ladoos are ready to serve.
